Welcome to Jolie Nails & Spa. We are honored to care for you.

Our goal is to provide every guest with a serene, sophisticated, and exceptionally clean environment.

To ensure the comfort and well-being of all, we kindly request your cooperation with the following standards:

1. Appointments & Arrivals

  • Reservations are recommended to guarantee your preferred time, while walk-ins are warmly welcomed when availability allows.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax, check in, and prepare for your service.

2. Late Arrival Courtesy

  • To respect the time of all guests, arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require a shortened service or rescheduling to the next available appointment.

3. Cancellations

  • If your plans change, kindly notify us at least 5 hours in advance so we may offer your reserved time to another guest.

4. Health & Sanitation Standards

  • We uphold the highest level of hygiene. All tools and stations are meticulously sanitized after each use.
  • Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or health concerns prior to your service.
  • For the safety of our guests, we may respectfully decline service in the presence of contagious conditions.

5. Children & Pets

  • To preserve a tranquil environment, children must remain supervised at all times.
  • Guests must be 12 years or older to receive services unless accompanied by an adult.
  • Pets are not permitted inside the salon, with the exception of certified service animals.

6. Satisfaction & Enhancements

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If something is not to your expectations, please let us know before departing so we may perfect your results.
  • While refunds are not offered for completed services, we are pleased to provide complimentary adjustments within 3 days of the original service.
  • Jolie Nails & Spa reserves the right to decline service when necessary to ensure a positive experience for all.

7. Personal Belongings

  • Please keep valuables in your possession at all times, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen items.
